Jewell and Nick wanted their wedding day to be simple, intimate, and scenic. They decided on a winter elopement at a small a-frame cabin in a remote location near Cripple Creek, Colorado.

They traveled from their hometown in Thomasville, Georgia, where they met working at a local restaurant three years prior. Jewell described their relationship as adventurous and exciting. They love exploring new places, trying new things, and most of all, spending time with their baby girl.

On the morning of their elopement I drove up to their quaint airbnb where I walked in on Jewell casually writing her vows while Nick was getting ready in the bedroom. They both had such a relaxed and calm energy as they sipped on their beers and listened to country music playing in the background.

After getting dressed and lacing up their boots, they shared an intimate first look where Jewell snuck up behind Nick and surprised him with her stunning wedding gown. They walked down a bit through the snow and shared their hand-written vows before exchanging rings and a kiss. Their ceremony was emotional and tear-filled; truly such a beautiful moment to witness.

Afterwards they took some couple portraits in the snow before popping some champagne and bringing the celebration back inside. Their evening came to close as they cozied up by the fire and sipped champagne in each other's arms.

It was a day to remember.

Thank you Jewell & Nick, for allowing me to share in your celebrations and capture your intimate wedding day. Congratulations again!
