There are sessions that take your breath away—whether it’s from the altitude, the scenery, or the emotion—and this one had all three. When Jordan and Kameron reached out to plan their pregnancy announcement and maternity photos, they told me they wanted it to feel intimate and ethereal. We decided that Pikes Peak was the perfect place.
Jordan absolutely glowed, and Kameron couldn't take his eyes off her. Together they brought so much warmth to the chilly mountain air, and even when the wind picked up, they leaned into it, laughing, snuggling, and soaking in the moment. There’s something about being on a mountain that makes everything else melt away.
One of my favorite moments was when I quietly walked behind them as they made their way toward the lake. They were holding hands, talking softly, totally in their own little world. It was a simple moment, but you could feel how deeply connected they are and how ready they are to step into this next chapter together.
